Couldn't call it Monkeying Around on account of them NOT...being...monkeys!!!

This time featuring Dixie Kong and MeeMee from Monkey Ball playing around with each other in a very...specific way. Once again, I have to thank FurryPatrol for giving me a couple references, unasked for on my part, in terms of poses, making my job that much easier.
I have to say, I was a bit anxious when I agreed to do a picture involving Dixie Kong, because I thought it would be difficult, but I found it strangely enjoyable to draw her. I found that I just really enjoy drawing primates recently. Maybe I should start drawing more of them. ^^

Hahah, yeah. I mean, I know it's not that big a deal to others probably, but it bugs me how a lot of people don't seem to care enough to recognize the difference between monkeys and apes. :P I don't know, just one of my several animal-related pet peeves of mine ^^'
