Now the real questions is who would he use it on first? But would he really risk his cover with Simone just to off a few annoyances? Especially when they're staying with them.

IIRC Jack did off quite a few folks when he was still living/working with Simone. Some of wich I beleave Simone even knew about, but kept quiet about for some reason or other.

I mean he can't go about killing these guests while they're staying with him and Simone. It would draw way to much suspicion and attention to himself.

I really like your stories, you manage so well to change the mood throughout the story, starting with a story of a brutal slave trader, full of darkness and hopelessness - and then going on to the comic adventures of Jack and Sepka.
(You are probably the only person who can so openly and honestly mock Jack Salem).
Also leaving such a spooky open final.
Knowing Jack I'm a little surprised that he shows such care for Simone.
