May I ask you: when sculpting, are you starting with just a sphere or something? Or are you making a simple blocky model first? I saw people using both ways.
Also do you have favorite brush (or brushes) with which you do most of the work? There are so many of them that I don't know what to do.

I have so, so much trouble when trying to sculpt that you wouldn't believe. Everything turns out like shapeless blob of plasma (at best)... But now I see, one of my main errors was starting from a sphere, when instead I should make such blanks too as a starting point.
