The setting is New Mexico in the year 1960.
A ferret teenage couple are out on a date way past the time the parents told them to be back home (The male is not Elias Ferret. Elias doesn't even know them).
In this pic, the teens are passing through Duran on Highway 54 a little faster than they should be going...It's so late, even the liquor store has been closed for the night.
They had just met the Southern Pacific passenger train that runs southbound through Vaughn at 2:07 am.
This is the same 1960 Chevy that was speeding down Highway 54 north of Vaughn at 120 mph at about 2:25 am.
