Margaret is a peaceful and friendly Cressellia who has a love for seeing pokemon happy, leading to her creating the elusive dream world that was talked about years ago. Any pokemon who slept on a peaceful night had a chance of visiting a world of dreams where they could play and have fun with other pokemon until they awakened. This dream world was a separate dimension that was held together with the aid of other legendaries, as well as Margaret's powers which allowed dreaming pokemon to enter it. This world had been studied for many years and had been quite the talk for a lot of pokemon until it disappeared. 4 years after the Dream World’s discovery, Margaret's power over the world had faded and no one could visit them realm outside of curious legendaries. She has tried to shower her power over the dimension once again, but it’s much weaker unless she manages to gather more. In the meantime, she watches over the realm for any pokemon who happen to be visiting.
