Poor Bard always looks a little crestfallen, but is it possible that he’s a bit more receptive to help today than he was last time?
Also, this chapter is named after the song Last Rose of Summer by Thomas Moore. Here are the lyrics, if you’re curious:
'Tis the last rose of summer left blooming alone
All her lovely companions are faded and gone
No flower of her kindred, no rosebud is nigh
To reflect back her blushes and give sigh for sigh
I'll not leave thee, thou lone one, to pine on the stem
Since the lovely are sleeping, go sleep thou with them
Thus kindly I scatter thy leaves o'er the bed
Where thy mates of the garden lie scentless and dead

Thank you! I used to be so bad at eyebrows that I just left them off x3;; I’ve done a lot of work since then, and I’m glad the look comes together.
