Grigori Yefremovich Ratpawtin, the famous monk and shaman in the court of Tsar Nicholas II Ratmanov of Imperial Ratssia in the early 20th Century. Like his real life counterpart, this rat monk held powerful sway and influence in the Imperial court, but was executed later on by members of the Tsar's court who conspired against him. He however did not die so easily like any mortals would, despite being poisoned, clubbed, shot, frozen, burned, he somehow lived on. Stranded in Limbo between the living the Afterlife, Ratpawtin became a vampire, a NosfeRATu coming back to haunt the world for what had been done to him.
