Kierra's a creature of comfort, and while she does seek (in her fantasy version) to experience the world and all it has to offer, she's not one to travel by foot. Usually she'll join up with a caravan and offer her aid as a healer, and offer entertainment by way of dancing, singing and playing her harp. The Shelynite clergy are shunned by few, and usually they're all too happy to have her along.
Hiring a carriage does happen, but not terribly often. But when winter's cold grasp sets in, she'll take to that as well to avoid the cold.
