A shadow monster who is a doctor. Originally from elsewhere, he came to the main monster lands because King Harold and Queen Isabelle were looking for a competent doctor and Shade was interested. He displayed to them his exceptional medical talents and they hired him shortly after. He also turned out to be a really good psychologist as well.
Shade can be a pretty laconic person. While he will speak when necessary, he is usually very quiet. He enjoys helping patients, staying among the shadows, eating apples, and giving hugs.
Power:
In terms of strength, he is really strong, but he is very gentle and is an overall pacifist. The only times where he really uses his strength is when he's performing a chiropractic procedure.
Magic:
He manipulate to shadows to attack as well as to heal people. The healing part is a very rare ability that not many shadow creatures have.

IMPORTANT FACT 3: Yes, his arms are hairy and his head is an amorphous blob of shadowy mass.
P.S. Design wise, yes, he was heavily inspired by Grillby from Undertale.
