The top picture is Bai in a Team Magma suit, and in the bottom, he's sleeping with a Mareep. I wasn't sure about the pose in the second sketch, so I just made them sleeping together. :B
For the Team Magma suit, though, I wasn't sure if I should give him shoes. I could make it work, but I guess it would probably look a little odd.
