Hazelnut's business and romantic partner and master of meaty, savory, spicy dishes! She certainly helps save money on electric or gas stoves as she usually uses her own heat to cook with. She loves making and eating spicy food, though her preferred level of spicy is usually unbearable for any human. They've tried offering a "eat this for a free meal" challenge but after somebody went to the hospital from the sheer heat, they decided to remove the challenge for everyday customers. The challenge is still available, but the applicant must supply a physical and sign legal paperwork beforehand to ensure the person knows just what they're getting into. A person taking this challenge is often a televised event.

Cayenne has a very spice-sensitive tongue. She can detect exactly what kind of pepper was used in a dish and how much but she's less accurate with non-pepper seasonings. She is very good at very carefully measuring spice in a dish for humans to eat, so there have been extremely few unfortunate surprises in her restaurant. She's tried to make some classic desert style dishes before, but came out with a spicy milkshake and some fiery cookies. They received mixed reviews.
