BIO:
In a far off area in the Dett-Verse world lies the area known as Techra
Techra is an area wich is more advanced that most areas in South island [or any of the islands in the Dett-Verse]
Ruling this place is Borga, queen of Techra.

Like most villains Borga seeks to conquer more territories, or as she terms it: "Expanding my rule", whihc may be cliche...but most villains do this anyways.
but unlike most monarchs Borga doesn't just sit in a throne and watch everyone work for her...Borga get's her hands dirty and gets involved, just as well considering she is exceptionally skilled in combat.

Borga is well trained in the use of the Techrian Overchete [a larger sword-like machete] and has conquered many enemies with it
she is also pretty adept in close-quarters combat...but this isn't the figure, nor the combat techniques, that have made har enemies quiver in fear
Borga wears a custom made combat-harness wich grants har better agility, modifiyable firearms and increased defense
it is also MODULAR and can have components interchanged [even becoming a combat-mech suit as opposed to just a harness]
her basic weapons for her default harness, called "Queen's Guard", comes with dual submachine guns, optional shouler laser cannons, a socket to give her overchete some plasma power, thrusters on the shin parts and backpack, and the previously mentioned Overchete
as her suit is modular the possibilites are almost endless...but 3 notworthy suits/variants are:
"IRON RULE" - a heavier set armor that restricts movement but bosts high physical power and defense whilst armed with two lage wrecking balls
"SKY LIMIT" - lightweight and can only utilise the dual submachine guns but gains increased agility and flight [defense is lacking]
"ARMA-SUIT" - borga's trump card [and last resort] the suit has ZERO mobility and minimal defense but contains TONS of missile & rocket launchers causing massive destruction to everything before her [this suit also requires a TON of power to use it and is only really used ONCE hence it's 'last resort' status]
Borga can summon the combat harness [and additional parts] via her cybornetic eye [hidden under her hair]
the cybornetic eye can also monitor ammo amounts, view suit/defense integrity and hack certain technology [though the hackign part is often not used due to the immense amount of focus needed for it]

For Borga her conquest of the many islands in this universe would've been a smooth run...if not for one problem...a problem named "Detonator Bueller Carmine".
This nuisance accidentally stumbled on to one of her conquests and prevented it starting [and cementing] Borga's rivalry with the spiney one.

Borga's personality is typical of most villains:
Arrogant and boastful...BUT do not mistake this for recklessness
she mith be a maniac ruler but even she has standards [if there's a world ending event she will pull in and help out..after all you can't rule a world if it's gone]
she does care for the various citizens of Techra [so she's not uncaring...but just doesn't care about the rest fo the world]
