not the only reasons but the easiest to understand, I would hope-
I'm tired of having to choose between being able to pay for medications & appointments that are necessary for my health (and in some cases, my life.) and like...paying rent on time or being able to afford food.
I'm tired of seeing the people with the most power to create change in the world simply refuse because being good doesn't line their pockets quite as thickly.
I'm tired of people asking why I never finished my teaching degree and having to explain to them I make more drawing furry porn so it doesn't really make sense for me to pay out of pocket and juggle classwork with my full-time job to be able to do so.

Not American, but he's the only candidate who seems to want to bring the US into the 21st Century and actually help society as a whole with things like healthcare. From a European viewpoint, it doesn't make sense to oppose him as all he's doing is saying "maybe people shouldn't die because they can't afford a surgery or have to ration insulin".
