Hmm... I don't know who this "Bubsy" character is (I just looked him up, so now I have more of an idea).. but you've got nothing to worry about, sarcastic or not.

He looks too different from Mook and it's not like no one's used an exclamation point on a shirt before. IMO, Mook's shirt is more appealing and thought out anyway.

Pretty much my only inspiration for the shirt is because it's one of my favorite shirts in real life X3

There is a menu command: Modify>Shape>Smooth
I constantly use this on drawn lines once or twice.
