That beast of a machine is a Seizelwär a mass produced mecanized space plane (its main form is a high speed fighter, and it can turn and reconfigure itself to a mech form) These machines are manufactured by Dobonedore, and are designed exclusively for capturing and eliminating "core" threats, its base design was first manufactured 3000 years ago, in the last "core" crysis, and this machines were forgotten in time.
