So, at TFF this year, I happened to see Matriarch  Sesra in suit and was curious about her species. Fortunately, I found one of her cards on the table I was sitting at and came home to learn more about the yinglets in general, and (courtesy of the previously mentioned card) I binged  valsalia's Out-Of-Placers comic. I did use numerous elements from  valsalia's comic including the Anatomy of a Yinglet and several of The Val Salian Regional Field Guide entries on yinglets as reference.

It seems zhat I purchased somezhing from a local yinglet selling his scavenged wares. It happened to be like Zat Zhing, so now I'm a yinglady. Zhankfully, I was already female, so my adjustment is so smoother zhan Kassen's. It's not a terrible life, I have food and a new fascination wizh clams, but at least I can write stories and history for ze future generations of yinglets.
