urLii the Storyteller was one of the Mystics that roam Thra from the age of Division to the Garthim Wars. He was a byproduct of the Division of the UrSkek LiLii and his counterpart was skekLi the Satirist.

Along with the other surviving 15 Mystics, urLii followed his comrades to exile to the Valley of the Mystics. Sometime later, urLii left the valley, along with urGoh, urVa and urSan. The Storyteller found residence in the Caves of Grot, becoming the keeper of the tomb of Relics. Grottan Maudra Argot was the only Gelfling to be aware of his presence in the caves, and chose to respect his solitude as he sought privacy, though a young Ordon and future Maudra Fara met him during the time of the Arathim Wars, while seeking the Dual Glaive, which he Guarded.

urLii was odd among the Mystics, as he was somewhat of an avarice, he would make exchanges for gits, but enjoyed annoying uptight individual, like Ordon, but was as well a talented Healer. He spoke in Third person and would refer to others by adding the letter "i" to the names, referring to Ordon as Ordi.

urLii is still alive during the events of Age of Resistance, as skekLi, his counterpart, was mentioned by name, when the Skeksis were considering to recall the other Skeksis back to the Castle, though neither made presence, and likely died during the Garthim Wars.
