Instead of an instant pummeling, Ranger at least wants to give him a fair trial. Probably to determine the level of severity in his punishment. Likely the difference between breaking all of his bones or just a few. You don't just snap pictures of a bear, unannounced, and just walk away.

But with that facial expression on his face it looks like he's gonna have a heart attack. Than again they might not fall for it. However their are two other ways he could get out this situation.
1. He could try to stun them with the camera flash set at it's highest setting and make a dash to the door.
2.He could lie and state he was force to do it by a person he really hates with Gina and Ranger wanna to beat up the other person and not him, thus giving the pervert a enough time get the hell out of there.
