The two-tone chime rings as the door is pushed open, and she in turn turned her head back looking to the newcomer. "Hello! Give me just a moment to finish up this balloon and I'll be right with you!" She turned back around to see a neck starting to bulge, and quickly lifted the deep blue balloon off the nozzle, letting out a quick squealing burst of helium out before bringing the trio up from behind her. She slid the neck through the loop on her pinky finger, and at tied the neck around the string. She then pulled the ribbon tight and looped it again to secure the knot, finally letting them go up into an overhead corral net on the ceiling. As the balloons swiftly shot up and bounced off the ceiling, she let herself be caught in a quick moment while watching the almost magical ability to float around. With some regret she drew herself away from the childlike adoration and looked over at the new customer, and spouted off the shop's corny slogan, "So how can we blow up your mood today?"


I wanted some clothes and background practice, and started working on this. More vanilla than what I usually do I've got abs for days on all my drawings, I think I'm going to have to work on that a lot more. I did try a new shading method on the balloons, what do you all think about it?
