I love the dragoness' expression, feeling flattered the kid wants to give her pats. I can see her motherly instincts appear here too. She is such gorgeous dragon, the mane, frills, horns look like jewrely on her; like a cherry on top to her perfect attractive curves. ;3

Incredible background setting the tone of the picture and I can your human look good enough. Maybe think about the perspective on the mother's arms. Shouldn't be her right arm "bigger" so closer then the left one? ;)
I encourage you to keep trying drawing humans; the artists that can draw humans and feral creatures are so rare on this website nowdays.
