It shows Phinn Clys in his native human form and as an "Other" dragon.

"The Others" is a collective term used by Origin dragons to indicate the draconic forms of many non-native species, including the humanoids of Phinn's world. Others' draconic forms mimic their native forms to help them retain identity and comfort. Phinn's lumpy and bony nose, short hair, "flat" (relative to Origin dragons) face, big round ears, and lack of horns is expressed in his Other form.
