I has a tip.
You can easily turn a lyonshel into a full furred head if you're so inclined. You just need a baclava like a biker uses and attach the lysonshel to it, mold up foam rubber from a sewing or hobby store, glue or fabric tac glue it to the baclava. Once the structure is all solidly attached, duct-tape the whole thing, cut duct tape with razor blades into managible pieces and peal off, it'll come right off and only take a little foam with it, light duty duct tape with weak adhesive is best.
Then cut some fur and hot glue (with low heat) or fabric tac glue it to the foam, adding about a centimeter to each pattern piece and folding the edges in on themselves so the seams are clean and near invisible.
I learned all this at furry fiesta =D tho with what lyonshels cost, best to do it to one you've worn out and are going to throw out anyway!

Er, that was very clear. The duct tape you pull off becomes the pattern to fur it.
Of course, you'd have to mold a lower jaw all by yourself... thats pretty easy to do with a hot wire foam cutter and some foam. You basically use sewing elastic to hold it to your chin when the head is on, and that makes a talking jaw.
