I've been reading
Valsalia's Out of Placers for a few years now, and I rather enjoy it.
After talking with
Skyward, I took a stab at designing my own yinglet, one of the many original fantasy species from the comic.
Doofy, hyperactive, kind of dumb as bricks, but dangit they're adorable.
So here's Lizzie, rather bottom heavy for her species, and totally a space cadet. But she's well meaning and if you feed her once, she'll be your friend for life. Or until you yell at her to stop showing up at your place around dinner time.
She gets her name from eating small lizards as a child.
Surprisingly, while Lizzie falls into the "Dumb as bricks" category like most of her species, she is FRIGHTENINGLY good with numbers and calculations. AND NO ONE KNOWS HOW OR WHY.
I did mess up on the whiskers, and didn't realize til after I had finished the piece, They should be attached to the eyeBROWS and not the eyelids AH WELL.
