The one behind Shrapnel is a third party figure of Hearts of Steel Nemesis Prime. I just had to put him somewhere at the time.
As for that one in front of Astrotrain. it's another 3rd party figure called Salmoore. But we know him better as Cy-kill from Gobots. I stuck him in there for fun
