She's Sally Pride a Member of the Mutanimals from the TMNT IDW comic. I really liked the redesign she got in the recent arc so I really wanted to draw her. Here's her on issue 104's cover https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net.....20191221015131
Probably because she's been kind of "Female Hob" in the comic up to this point, and hasn't done much up till recently other than be a member of the Mutanimals. She did get a redesign, the one I used for this piece, with the current arc though which makes her look more buff and distinguished from Hob though.
