That bear adoptable might have challenged you to single combat, but this dude looks quite capable of wiping out you and your entire party for laughs, then going on to burn down a city or two. This guy looks like someone you'd tangle with at the end of a quest, and if he's only a chief henchman, then deity help you if your party isn't already LV 90 or more.
