Arthur is the owner of a library in his world. He has a whole staff team of dinosaurs that each do their own job around the place. While he is the owner of it, he does not treat his staff badly, or abuse his power over them.
He is fair and thoughtful, but can easily be stern if he has to be.
If Arthur himself spots a rule breaker or a trouble maker, he will tuck them inside of his stomach for a while as a punishment. He will generally try to make the punishment very uncomfortable for them so they don't repeat it.
If one of his staff members catches someone breaking their rules, they will eat them and then bring them to the “detention room” which is a small and secluded room that only can be accessed via a secret hatch disguised as a vent.
This room has a singular light, and the only way to get out is through the same way they came in. He or other staff will drop in bread and a bottle of water for them in there. As if those conditions weren't bad enough, Arthur always saves up a lot of gas and relieves the pressure by letting those in the tube leading down to the detention room, forcing those inside it to smell all of it, which in turn, will make it more uncomfortable for them.
He does not digest troublemakers unless they repeat their offenses three times or more. Only HE has the permission to digest them. None of the other staff are allowed to do so, unless special circumstances come up and he cannot be at the library, only then would he give them permission to take care of the troublemakers, but he makes sure it is done in private and is never spoken about, in order to not scare anyone else.
Being a librarian, he loves books and he loves to read, typically underneath a tree or nice shady spot that is outside, regardless of whether or not he has a full stomach or not. But it does feel nice when he has a full squirming belly. He sometimes gets so relaxed that he falls asleep against the tree.
