Let me say right off the bat that yes, I am aware of having just posted a series of pictures of Rinji literally conceiving his first child with Eri. So now why him and the android, Synthia, sharing their own romantic moment? Well, I don't want to say too much. I'll just say that these two take place in a different time frame from him and Eri. So no, Rinji isn't a player. Don't forget that the Anthroverse is divided into three eras spanning a hundred years. A lot can happen in that much time. But simply put, I love the way this picture turned out and I just wish to post and share it.
Make no mistake, I'm slowly but surely getting back into the Anthroverse stories. Eventually, all these questions you may have will be answered.
But seriously, isn't this just a lovely moment? I'm just such a sucker for this sort of thing! X3

I feel incredibly close to my androids as my protectors, confidants, friends, buddies, and yes, also lovers. They can do sexual things really well, but they're about so much more. Characters like Synthia and Therm are true LOVE bots, not just something you throw into a closet later. At the same time I wish prudes would stop trying to tell me that just because I enjoy them for sex means that I'm somehow doing it wrong. :P
It's probably because that's all they see, which is why they judge us wrong. Most likely, the deeper intricacies of our respective love bots are explored more in our stories...which sadly, few people bother to read. But hey, you and I know the truth.
Yes, sex is a large part of why our avatars ultimately prefer androids over organic beings, but their unconditional love and understanding is the core component, where most organics beings are more easily swayed the wrong way. Nothing anyone else says could make Therm think any differently of Danji anymore than Synthia of Rinji. Even Danji and Rinji themselves would be hard pressed to "push them away", not like they'd ever try to.
