I suppose the only good thing is that Suli doesn't possess hair or feathers so at least there's not any of that unpleasantness that might result from the sticky goo. It looks though that he's not going to be getting free on his own so he'll be at the mercy of whomever shot him with that goo gun and they might have something evil in mind like tickle torture or forcing him to watch as they slowly pluck the petals from a flower one by one.
