These are so cool! you make me want to start researching mythical creatures haha... just out of curiosity, how long does one of these take you? And like... if you don't mind, what is the process you go through?

Not sure how long each one took me actually! ^^; As for the process, it's a combo of traditional and digital. I ink traditionally, scan it, and set the ink layer to multiply. Then color the flat colors underneath. On top pf both of those layers, I set a "shadow" layer, also on multiply. I carve out where light hits out of the "shadow" layer, then paint on top of that on another layer. so... lots of layers, and yay for the multiply feature? XD

Whoa... haha... yeah I don't have a scanner right now -.-
plus I guess I'm trying to ween myself off lineart, I find a depend on it too much >.< But thanks! my friend suggested multiply but I always use a different technique to separate the lineart (can't remember it's been a while :/

I've tried fixing that, a few others had the same issue. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to fix it so it works for all browsers. =/

faun bought this magnet set a long time ago and faun still has them on faun's fridge. :) ...or faun has a set of magnets like these? faun is a bit confused, but faun loves these character designs anyway. :)
