With just over a month before graduation, the girls have reached the end of their investigation. Not one other student has gained more than 8 inches in height, or 100lb of muscle, but the Wilde-Hopps girls have surpassed every other student in every way. What's more, the only people who could be authorising this are unreachable. Commissioner Bogo's lead has centered them on Precinct 1, in Zootopia's main square, which is providing two people to graduatuion in 5 weeks, the Detective Chief Inspector, and the captain themselves, the two highest ranking officers.
