That's my character Kingston in Fire form destroying all his clothes with his power, I sometimes call him the Fire Fox. He only have to use his necklace to transform this powerful form, super form is his bouns form which still need Chaos Emeralds.
Btw, he used to get angry easily while he was young, so the mage who gave him this warned him about his clothes might get destroyed by the power during the transformation, this also will be painful, getting too angry is the highest chance of this consequence. However, he gets used to it and now he can handle the power so he doesn't feel much pain anymore. Also, he usually will take off his clothes before his transformation. He will only let his power gets himself naked when he has no time or other choices.
