Having such thick, nice diapers, especially the cloth variety, can make it a bit hard to walk around. Luckily, Auru can get used to the waddling. It's cute anyhow.

They're not going to be one 24/7, but Auru's with a friend whom they trust very much with this vulnerable side of themself.
Though technically this is past a bit of the fresh, awkwardness of being introduced to such a thing, so technically near-ish the end of getting used to the idea.

I like how they are getting shown more in their engagement in this relaxation technique. You can certainly develop a whole section in a gaming book to express the rules for how a character can have 'Little Tendencies' along with the pros and cons based on various situations.
For example, given progress in Auru drawings, I would surmise that they are able to successfully enter the haven for littles within their hometown region. However the ability to regain HP, magic ability, stamina, endurance, etc. is still being tackled through visits and dice rolls that determine how well the interaction with the 'Caretakers' and other littles go.
I would add that, regarding bottles, diapers, and other attire for littles, how specific stats, dice rolls, and friendly relations Auru has in a given region's Little Space. Once Auru is able to naturally go about being 'little', I can see some of the advanced Caretakers developing genuine armor and enchanted artifacts that can be discretely equipped that grant other bonuses.
An example, if you will...
Enchanted Pacifier - Is visible as a pacifier only through magical detection. Otherwise it appears either as a smoking pipe, piece of straw, etc. While equipped, Enchanted Pacifier increases 'Dodge' and 'System Shock' situations.
Onesie Of Comforting Defense - Pantaloons and/or standard leggings must be worn to avoid detection. While equipped, the onesie increases rate in which the wearer recovers HP, spell casting ability, and other skills. It also vastly improves ability to not be awoken from slumber. This latter effect being risky if out in a region where the likelihood of getting attacked while sleeping is high.
Diaper Of No Holding - Requires magic detection to be noticed if wearer has standard leggings and is equipped with the Onesie Of Comforting Deense. Enchanted core of diaper channels all waste products of wearer to a pocket dimension until user is able to access a Little Space to have it refreshed. Number of uses for this purpose vary on quality of material used in which to fabricate the diaper. Standard quality material results in12 hour average hold before discomfort alerts user to have it refreshed before waste will truly enter into the garment. Additional bonus, if uncompromised, is it reduces fall damage, given user falls on their bottom, while also increasing distance one can fall given the diaper is equipped.
Bottled Milk Of The Gods - Only noticeable to magical detection. Otherwise appears like a wooden cup of same length as bottle. Can be filled with various beverages but, if at a Little Space, can be filled with milk in which is fortified with anti-toxin and rejuvenation ingredients in which can cure and protect against posion status. One full bottle also increases body's ability to heal light wounds while counting as having had a full meal
