1938 is just before the start of WWII
the triangle with the arrow in it is the Izhevsk
rectangle i believe is the rearsenaled marking, though i'm used to it having like a T in it, but it's possible they didnt bother lol

If there was a boxed SA stamp, then its a Finnish capture and reissued to Finnish troops. Oldest Nagant I own dates back to 1896, its caked in stamps and arsenal markings. Tsarist , and even a Boxed SA, so that old soldier seen ALOT of action.
