At Peace
I chose to post this photo because of the sheer simplicity of it. The hazy lighting really favors the peaceful moment here. This is myself and a manatee in King Springs. I rested my hand against his skin and just floated there, and I stayed that way for at least 10 minutes, sometimes closing my eyes and feeling completely at peace. The manatee emanated pure tranquility, and I loved sharing that time with him.
