Gabu the wolf and Mei the goat, from the anime "One Stormy Night".


Collaborative commission for  archteryx. The inks and colors are done and most of the shading's in place on the main subjects; still have some shading to do on the grasslands and bluffs. We'll be adding text (verses from the closing theme, I think) overtop on a transparency sheet, kinda adding a faux-cel feeling to it (and saving everyone from our handwriting!).

I drew Mei;  indigoangelcat drew Gabu; I inked the piece and did the flat colors and background; Indigo and her amazing army of colored pencils are rocking the shading. I'm not sure which of our printers will be called upon to print the text. ^_^
