Sketched this up a while back, decided to color it to relax during midterms


Abilities

1. Plague of Locus basically becomes ice breath

2. Mummify a recolor of his dragon skin's mummify making it look like ice

3. Grasping hands either ice hands or frozen hands come from the ground, added fog/snow to keep with the theme

4. Death Gaze becomes the Aurora Borealis with either straight green effects or green and pink
