The abdomen (together with back muscles) is perhaps the most important area of the body to train in order to have a correct posture and guarantee the viscera to function at their best.
Made up of three muscle layers (external oblique, internal oblique and transverse abdominal muscle), it has several functions, but basically it helps to ensure correct breathing, protects the viscera from external traumas and keeps them in position.
That's why the dragon prince makes sure to train his abdominal muscles properly, without exaggeration, as well as all the other muscles in his body.
And one of the most effective exercises to strengthen this thin yet powerful layer of muscles is undoubtedly the L-sit: arms stretched, elbows in joint block and shoulders well pressed down, to push the ground away, with pelvis in retroversion and legs raised enough to deeply activate the bundles of fibers that make up the abdomen.
Holding this position for more than a minute is a real challenge, and for sure over time there are variations capable of making it even more challenging.
Prince Borgon never fails to train it, even just as a warm-up. A strong abdomen, after all, ensures deeper and more effective breathing, and good control of the movements of the torso. I have to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of solo pics. Or, better said, of those with few clothes on.
I find kinda dumb the idea of having a character just hanging nude (especially with a casual erection\wet vagina) without a particular reason, and because of that I couldn't find a theme that prevented me from thinking: "Man, this would be sooo lame ...".

Well, consider that it's a long time that I don't perform an hold per max of an L-sit. Currently I'm training the V-sit, since the L became very easy. I think around a couple of min is feasible, tho ^^
You can use two chairs to perform it, but you need train to be able to stretch your legs. So my suggestion is to start with bent legs if you wanna try it
