Okay so I consider myself to be a pretty nice dude but I would seriously have to go under anaesthetic (sp?) before giving bone marrow. That shit looks so painful. They have to hammer a fucking syringe into your bone, and it's like this fatass metal syringe, none of those junkie toys.
