Ya know.....This honestly gives me an idea for a story.

We've all read about 'super soldiers that can take on whole armies and what not, but what if there was a way to make a super soldier that could soak up rounds like there was no tomorrow? A sort of living sand bag bunker like the pic? Like if the subject had enough fat combined with.....nanites maybe, even heavier rounds would simply sink in and be utterly harmless, doing nothing more than maybe discoloring the fur or leave a tiny little bruise for a few seconds.....
