This is a new one for me, I didn't even know you could make Cheese soup let alone turning it into Cheese burger soup. So here's an amazing easy cheesy burger soup from the kitchens of

That's right, you heard me. Cheeseburger Soup. One of almost everyone's favourite diner/fast food items, made into a delicious soup~! Try it yourself, here's how:
Cheeseburger Soup
This is a great tasting, easy soup that will be a hit with any fan of cheese, burgers, and especially kids. I will admit I cheated a little and used canned soup as a base, but if you have a recipe for a cheese soup that you want to use, I'm sure it will be just as awesome.
INGREDIENTS:
5 cans Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 - 2 lbs Ground Beef
1/4 - 1/2 pack Bacon (cut into tiny pieces)
1/2 an Onion (chunky slices)
1/2 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 small vine tomatoes (quartered)
2 handfuls of shredded cheese
Lettuce (hand shredded)
Ketchup, Mustard, and Sweet Pickle for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Start off with your meat. I used ground beef, and less then I said in the ingredients, more meat would have made this much better in my opinion. Brown the meat with the garlic and whatever kind of seasoning you wish, I just used salt and pepper. Drain, and then fry up the bacon. I cut the bacon vertically, making small wedges of bacon strips still lined one atop the other. You don't need to separate them, they will come apart when frying. Once they have reached a golden brown, drain and mix with the ground beef.
Cut up your onion and tomato. I, personally, would omit the tomato, but I know my family likes them, so I just ate around the ones in the soup, as I didn't care for the texture. Tasted good though.
Like I said before, if you have your own cheese soup recipe, make it. I used 2 cans of Campbell's Soup with two cans of water, and 3 cans of a no name soup that asked for a can each half water and half milk. Heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Add your meat and veggies now. Stir everything up and let it come to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 5 minutes to let the flavours all come together. Remove from the heat and add the shredded cheese, stir to combine, and then add the lettuce. Give everything another good stir and then serve in a bowl.
Before serving, add a swirl each of ketchup and mustard, and at least one sweet pickle slice. It finishes it off and helps improve the cheeseburger taste.
Hope you try it and enjoy~
