When I was told I'd be getting a pi number of slices of pie I was more expecting about 3 slices with a little bit extra on the side, not a slice for every digit of pi!

Semantics aside, this shouldn't be too big of an issue, unless it's whole pies you're being forced to eat.
The caloric content that shall be consumed is around this much: 2370*(2.7*10^12) (Using apple pie as the calorie reference times the # of whole pies), which sums up to 6.399e+15 or roughly 6.4 quadrillion calories. You got a big storm coming regardless.
