Fun facts:
Noah was one of the last F40PHs built by EMD
He was bought by a private collector and restored to factory condition in 2003
During restoration, he saw other F40PHs from the past on YouTube
He got his start in his reborn passenger career while working for Chicago Metra
He never received a separate HEP generator, so his prime mover must constantly run at 900 RPM to provide enough power to the coaches
He is sometimes seen wearing the Phase II livery, but limits that to special events
He could control himself up to 20 MPH, but is only allowed to do that while exiting the shed, or shunting coaches
He hates wheelslip, so he reminds Ronnie to top off his sandboxes whenever there's a storm
He also hates seeing any of the 22 NPCU units, and would rather see working locomotives instead of the cabbages.
