I no longer use this format and/or prices. But feel free to use it for ideas and/or reference when making your own ref sheets prices/info.

*Examples of finished works
*Bases and extras however, are NOT static or premade, this means that these little doodles are mostly for examples, but poses, angles and way of showing an item can be different and will always be drawn FROM ZERO since I'm not fond on the idea of pre-using sketches or bases.
Each reference is unique and will always adapt when it comes to the character design and their complexity.
Another thing is these reference sheets are more likely to be VISUAL rather than textual, so items such as accesories and stuff on LIKES/DISLIKES sections should be always clear enough to understand what they represents visually speaking. I could put some text on the likes/dislikes section, but that'd ruin the purpose of the visual description.
(I'm an artist myself, so each time I'm making a reference I'm always thinking how any other potencial artist could follow the reference to draw your character, in other words, each reference is always set to be clear and concise so you won't have any misunderstood or mistake with your character.)
🔸Modifying bases to suit your needs is A-OK.
🔸Chibis can also have different poses between them, but that would have the same cost as having an additional one rather than sticking to all having the same pose.
🔸Chibis can also be used for a different purpose instead of only showing clothing such as an alternate shape or different colors.
What you can't do is take out any complete section of any base and ask for lowering / lowballing the price.
Customs designs:
🔸You can ask for a custom design and these are going to be drawn in a simple and basic ref sheet with a chibi-ish style, however, if you ask for a custom design and also want it to have a complete reference sheet a discount may apply depending on what base option you choose.
This only apply to NON-EXISTENT / text description only characters.
Payment:
🔸Payments plan are accepted and have a maximum of 3 months with a minimum of $45 each 2 weeks. However we can always discuss and adjust the payments and time based on your needs.
Have in mind that I'll only show WIPs with at least half of the total payment done, same goes when the payment if fully completed that I'll send the final works + original size files.
🔸With a full upfront payment there is not restriction of course and the initial WIP will be provided as soon as I have it done.
Important details to considerate:
🔸Feedback from costumer is mandatory and VITAL; I will always send WIPs from the beginning both for the approval and also to avoid any possible mistake(s) regarding the character and / or the desired info you want to be displayed on the ref sheet, so, as long and these changes are for the sake of the character being drawn correct, don't be afraid to ask for changes during these stages.
🔸I RESPECT a lot the character I'm working on, so never be afraid to tell me more about them and express any concern you'd have (p.e: if you wouldn't want the ref sheet to lack for a detail / or highlight something important about them), my main objective is that you feel happy with the reference sheet of your character and the people who see that ref understands how their personality/way of be is when seeing it. I understand each character is special and moreover I understand each detail about them can be highly important too, so never skip a detail with me!
Estimate deadlines for reference sheets are usually between 4 days up to a week or two. Quick responses from costumer, text description and clear visual references may help to speed the process!
Reference sheets have an original canvas size between 3000px and 7000px (or more) and the files will be send via email or st.ash (after fully payment is sent and checked)

thanks a lot ;u; being honest I'd love to add more graphic add-ons on the future, even offering options out of my base sheets such as a profile/side fullbody view! would be lovely to have tons and ton of options where you can pick up and make a unique and more personalized ref sheet depending on your needs.
I didn't understood quite well your question; Chibis themselves cost 20+ as an add-on, bases have already a price with presets you can ajust. If you want to remove a chibi it's okay, you can replace for any other add-on. If not, you can still remove it , but it won't affect the base price of the ref sheet. It's not necessary to use the chibis for clothing, they can be used to show any other info you'd find helpful about the character, too.

i do apologize for the odd phrasing of the question! it is a bit hard to explain, but if you drew multiple chibis in the same pose but with different outfits, would that equate $20 or more? again, i do apologize for wording the question oddly. it is difficult for me to figure out how to phrase this inquiry ^^;
