Ingredients:

Nonstick cooking spray
1 pound andouille sausage, cut evenly into 3-4 inch pieces
1 small head cabbage, cut evenly into 8 wedges
1 medium onion, cut int 1/2 inch wedges
3 medium carrots, quartered lengthwise and cut into 3 inch pieces
4-8 potatoes, cut in half
1/2 cup apple juice
1 can( 14 oz) low sodium chicken broth
Honest mustard(optional)

Directions:

1) Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, heating it over medium high.

2) Add sausage and cook, stirring 6-8 minutes or until the sausage is browned.

3) Remove from heat.

4) Add cabbage, onion, carrots, potatoes, apple juice and broth to the crockpot.

5) Lastly, add the sausage on top.

6) Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.

7) Serve with the optional honey mustard.
