Between the time of Episode 1 - 3, I ended up designing a bunch of alien species that were used in various RPGs, for friends as personas and the like.
Recently, I decided to bring them up and have a go at them once again.
Another character form the good ol' days of Star Wars RPG.
This here is Labhi Trakjurn (Lab-hee track-jun. "R" is silent)
She is Master Nohe Kamu's Padawan.
Like Nohe, she is a Tabij- however female. Her tusks and horns are smaller due to her sex, and her adolescent age.
The third expression from the top left is he "disagreement face". Only used when her Master has sufficiently annoyed her. By far my favorite pose is the one with her inspecting the fauna.
If memory served me correctly [in the RPG] this character looses her tusks as a result of battle injury. The first one was broken, developed infection and had to be removed. Shortly after, the unbalanced weight on her head and strain on her neck caused for the removal of the second tusk as well.
Somewhere down the line however, one of the other Jedi players "gave her a birthday present" and somehow she got the tusks back.
Good ol' RPG days.

Species: Tabij
Specialty: Chemical detection.
Locomotion: Quadrapedal [plantegrade] and Bipedal.
Biology:
The dominant attribute that gives the Tabij the upper hand in Chemical detection would be the advance and numerous cells in mouth and nose for chemical detection. This, couple with a second stomach, allows the Tabij to detect a various slew of poisons, chemicals and odors at a lab-level accuracy.
The second stomach is a “ Pit stomach ”- a stomach that has no continuation into the digestive system or internal organs. In this stomach, a Tabij can consume an unknown chemical, plant, or substance, and break it down to its basic chemical compounds. If dangerous or harmful, the substance is regurgitated and discarded. If not, the substance is regurgitated and digested in the first stomach.
This unique attribute means that Tabij can very nearly not be poisoned- and are an asset on missions with suspicion of hostile attempts in chemical warfare, poison assassinations, or uncharted terrain in need of mapping food sources and other vital elements for survival.
As medical services, they are well adept to finding ointments, antidotes and anti-toxins on hand with what is available to them. Most noted for contributing a wide array or cures for various ailments due to their special talent.
Colors:
Vary from a medium red, to dark purple. This only indicates that the skin of the Tabij- normally blue - is either darker or paler in the individual. The Fur is a semi-transparent red color that blends with the blue skin. While of no particular biological use, it is recorded that in primitive eras the darker-blue-skinned Tabij were on a higher social status than the paler ones. This indicates a cultural factor that could attribute why there are few pale colors in the Tabij species today.
This plays no major effecting role in the culture today, and none in the Jedi circles.
Life span:
140-180 standard years. Tabij reach full physical maturity between the ages of 14-16. However, Jedi training will continue well into the 20’s.
Fighting skills:
Vary from individual to individual. They have the capacity to hold a light saber, and will integrate the use of tusks and horns into the fighting technique. Head-buts are a common technique when dealing with aggressive adversaries and hand-to-hand combat- however, not preferred in lightsaber battle due to close proximity of the head and the blade of opponent.
Temperament:
Very calm and not easily aggravated. Lighthearted.
Male Tabij are traditionally larger then females. Patralenial dominant society. This changed after republic contact, and plays no part in Jedi circles.

Note:Yes, this creature is a mix of 3 animals (however, not strictly. Some anatomy was added as bonus).
For those who don't want to guess the answer is as follows:
Camel, Elephant, and Llama.
