Mikey was just trying on some leather gear he found and though he kind of likes the look of a being a leather daddy, the attire and accessories are a little small. It doesn't help that Raph shows up and teases him about it, saying it was ridiculous for him to think he could ever been a "dom" with that frail frame of his.
Maybe Raph is right, maybe he is too scrawny to convincing portray that fantasy image of himself. That could change though, if he set his mind to it...
