The months went by. He tried he best to keep out his work out routine, but it wasn't going away! The flab had gone from barely there to and all encompassing. He now looked like someone had duct taped a medicine ball to his belly, and then stuffed it full of lead pudding for a good measure. And it was frustrating him to no end.
Post workout, he was sitting on one of the benches, pondering the mass between his legs. It was all focused exclusively at his belly. He stood up, and placed his palms on either side of the mass and tested it's firmness. Yep, still felt like lead for sure, wrapped in what remained of his once washboard abs. He groaned and gave it a soft jiggle. The mass shifted ever so slightly before the combination of his taut skin and what was left of his abs pulled it firmly back in place. His hand drifted opposite of the top and bottom of his belly, he noted how the top of it had slightly more given than the bottom. He pressed it especially hard to see how much resistance each area had. It definitely wasn't fluid, or fat for that matter...but then what could it possibly-
His train of thought stopped as something hit his hand
From the inside
He recoiled his had back and looked at where he had placed. There was a lump sticking out of the side of his belly, but it didn't end there. After a second of not moving, it traveled up to the top of his belly, then vanished back within.
He screamed
