So this is Lockjaw-Totoknight's oc, Boomer, a Blastoise Navy officer. He requested me to draw him and so i did but i made some changes to his design, most obviously, he isn't wearing white dress shoes but hulking combat boots. Think he looks better this way hehe xD. Hope he likes it.
