I literally just made that title up on the spot.

So anyway, I wasn't feeling the best so I decided on vent art and it actually worked wonderfully. I was feeling as if I wasn't improving as fast enough as I wanted to, because I see all these other artists so much better than me. But then I reminded myself that everyone goes at their own pace, that the only comparing you gotta do is against yourself.

Because it's totally fine to take things at your own pace, as long as you never stop getting better. For as long as you're better than who you were, as long as you've tried your best, then it's more than enough. Even when sometimes you feel like you're not enough, you just gotta remember that you are, you are more than enough.

Also I tried out a new shading style while I was at it because it helped me feel better, I wonder if it's better than before.

Oh dear that almost turned into a rant of sorts, I need to keep my long-windedness in check but I'm alright so don't worry.
